Roasted by Jack Hayes of Dal Mare Coffee. This is a dark roasted blend, heavy-bodied with strong chocolate tones and balanced acidity, moving into a sweet creamy caramel finish.
Roasted in the middle of wine country, Dal Mare Coffee meaning “by the sea” is hand-roasted in McLaren Vale, using old family techniques combined with modern technology to bring out a fine harmony of aroma and flavour in every cup.
