Beans have undergone a sugarcane decaf process and is commonly referred to as natural decaffeinated. The process uses ethyl acetate derived from sugarcane to dissolve the caffeine in the coffee beans.
Should you wish to receive the coffee ground, please leave a note as to the preferred brewing method to be used, as this will determine the grind size.
